Dal-Bac has two traveling-head diecutting presses (27 ton and 30 ton) that are fed by 108-foot airflow flotation tables. This equipment will handle 68-inch wide fabrics. We diecut plain fabrics, fused fabrics and laminated foams for our customers that need the additional service for their fused or laminated goods. In addition to the traveling-head presses we also have several rotary diecutters for cutting rolls up to six inches wide. These are being used to make heat-sealable fabric labels and knee reinforcement patches for kids' jeans.
