Dal-Bac has a wide-web fusing machine that passes the two (or more) items to be joined between 72-inch wide Teflon belts. Externally-applied heat and pressure are transmitted through the belts from above and below to thermally bond them together. Flexible webs or items up to one inch thick may be laminated with our machine. With this equipment, we can:

• Fuse pre-coated fusible nonwovens, wovens, or knits to fabrics.
  
  
• Laminate two pieces together using a fusible web of pure adhesive.
  
  
• Apply a fusible adhesive web to goods for subsequent heat-sealing.
  
  
• Laminate thermoplastic films to fabrics.
